Psychotherapist — Contractor or Part-Time
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Psychotherapist to join our team on a part-time or independent contractor basis. This is an opportunity for a qualified mental health professional who is passionate about helping clients navigate life’s challenges and make meaningful progress.
The ideal candidate takes a thoughtful, individualized approach to therapy and is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment for clients.
What You’ll Do
- Provide individual psychotherapy based on each client’s unique needs and goals
- Develop collaborative treatment plans and monitor client progress
- Create a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment for clients
- Utilize appropriate therapeutic approaches based on each client’s needs
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Communicate professionally with clients and members of the care team
- Maintain applicable clinical, ethical, and professional standards
What We’re Looking For
- Current and unrestricted professional licensure to practice psychotherapy in Washington, D.C., Maryland, or Virginia
- Master’s degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, client-centered approach to care
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a clinical team
- Commitment to providing ethical and high-quality mental health services

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) — Full-Time, Part-Time, or Contract
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team. We are open to full-time, part-time, and contract opportunities, providing flexibility for qualified providers based on their experience, availability, and professional goals.
The ideal candidate is passionate about mental health care and takes a thoughtful, individualized approach to supporting clients. This position provides an opportunity to deliver comprehensive psychiatric care while working in a professional and supportive environment.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and comprehensive mental health assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each client’s needs and goals
- Provide psychiatric medication management and ongoing care
- Monitor client progress and make treatment recommendations as appropriate
- Educate clients about medications, treatment options, and mental health needs
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with therapists and other healthcare professionals when appropriate
- Provide compassionate, respectful, and client-centered care
- Maintain appropriate clinical, ethical, and professional standards
What We’re Looking For
- Current and unrestricted PMHNP licensure in Washington, D.C., Maryland, or Virginia
- Current prescriptive authority in Washington, D.C., Maryland, or Virginia
- Current PMHNP certification
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Compassionate and client-centered approach to mental health care
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a clinical team
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Commitment to providing ethical and high-quality mental health services
